The importance of physical activity lies in that it plays a prominent role in human health, personality, and psychological characteristics, and that poor physical fitness will lead to negative effects on human health and the emergence of premature aging and cardiovascular diseases... A person is a decent person in society.


There is no doubt that sport leads to the strengthening of the muscular system, which is directly related to the skeletal system, which is the movement system in addition to the central nervous system. Low back pain and even laziness.

Fitness is divided into two parts:

General fitness (health and well-being).

Specific fitness (defining it based on the ability to perform specific aspects of a

 sport or any other function).


Importance of physical fitness for an individual:

Improving the performance of vital body systems such as the circulatory, respiratory and muscular systems. Helps prevent and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. Helps maintain the appropriate weight for each individual and lose excess weight strengthening and raising the performance of the joints of the body and the tendons and ligaments that support them. Helps to increase the efficiency of the process of burning food and converting it into useful energy. Helps increase the body's resistance to fatigue and nervous tension. Increasing self-confidence and emotional balance with pride in the individual's abilities. An effective and useful way of recreation and spending free time.


General physical fitness - it is the development and development of all the elements of physical fitness that were mentioned and it is the basis on which private fitness is built.


 Special fitness - is the development and development of some elements of special physical fitness in each form of sports, and this means that every game requires a certain type of physical fitness, and this does not mean that one element is preferred over another, for example, a weightlifting player needs an element of strength and a long-distance player needs To endurance and so on ... But the distinguishing feature of special fitness is the use of special exercises in the same direction or motor path used in the sporting activity, and here special fitness can be defined as (the efficiency of the body in the face of the requirements of the specific activity).
